The purpose of Letra corpórea is to satisfy the needs of our customers. Experience tells us that today fast manufacturing turnaround times are as important as the cost of the work.

One of our main strengths for achieving this is not depending on third parties for any of our work processes, including cutting of all raw materials, welding, painting and various lighting installations.

In order to offer the best results to our customers, a water jet cutting system is available. This highly advanced mechanical process means we have a unique cutting capacity for many materials and thicknesses, providing great precision, without altering the properties of the material requiring cold cutting, hence ensuring a flawless finish.

This system enables us to cut all nature of material such as, for example, metals, ceramics, natural stone, glass, to mention just a few.

The water jet cutting area is 3,000 x 2,000 mm.

Milling machine cutting is currently one of the most advanced laminated product cutting processes thanks to the innumerable advantages it provides, it offers great versatility, without losing precision, enabling the most complicated designs to be carried out.

We currently have three milling machines with a cutting surface of 3,000 mm x 1,500 mm - 3,000 mm x 2,000 mm and 3,600 mm x 2,000 mm.

Our laser cutting system can cut any type of plastic material, providing acrylic pieces with a fully polished edge.

The working area is 3,000 x 1,000 mm.

This process is carried out with wire welding machines for both for aluminium and metal. With this type of welding the work times in this section are optimized to the maximum.

We incorporate flatbed printing, with all the advantages that this implies both in terms of cost reduction and achieving spectacular finishes by experimenting with the textures of the raw material. Print format width of 1,600 mm and 40 mm thick material.

Our hot wire cutting system allows us to achieve different cutting shapes in expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), foam, porex or porexpan. Digitally controlled operations ensure the highest cutting and finishing precision for letters and graphics of almost any size.

We work with high density porexpan sheets, and we have a cutting surface of 4,000 x 1,500 x 1,400 mm.

Our painting processes use two-component polyurethanes. Satin finishes are the most popular, and can have a gloss or matt lacquer.

Our extensive colour range includes Ral colours, Pantone, NCS, or we formulate colours provided by our customers to match vinyl films from any manufacturer.

To achieve our premium quality paint-work we have two generously sizes spray booths kilns to ensure a perfect lacquer.
