These terms and conditions regulate the electronic payments made by individuals (hereinafter, customers) through the website and will be incorporated into the contract of sale by clicking "PAY", at the end of the Payment Process, and must be complied with from that moment.
RAMI 1958, S.L. informs that the procedures for making online payments are those described in these terms and conditions, as well as those other specific ones indicated on the screen during navigation, so that the User declares to know and accept these procedures as necessary to access the products and services offered in the Website.
1. PAYMENT METHOD
All payments made on the portal, will be carried out by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard). Payment will be made directly to the BBVA Bank payment gateway through a secure server (SSL) to guarantee maximum security in the transmission of your data. In order to increase the security of purchases made through our online store, payments will only be accepted with secure cards in which your identity as the card holder is authenticated according to the method established by your bank, personal code, PIN, SMS...
2. DELIVERY TERMS
The delivery times are always approximate, depending on stocks or manufacturing times. In general, for products in stock the expected period is 48 hours and for products being manufactured, the time will be 8 to 10 working days.
The shipment of the articles paid through letracorporea.com will be made through a courier company totally independent from RAMI 1958, S.L., so these will be the only ones responsible for any damage or harm caused to the products paid by the customer. All of this under the protection of Law 16/1987, of 30 July, on Land Transport Regulation and Real Decreto 1211/1990, of 28 September, which approves the Land Transport Regulation.
3. RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICY
On receipt of the Product the Customer will have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the items. After this period, the Customer will be considered to have accepted the products. No returns will be accepted after this period. This condition will not be valid for personalized products or rental products, which will not be accepted for return except for a manufacturing error by RAMI 1958, SL
A copy of the delivery note must be included in the return, and the client must pay all the necessary costs to do so. We will proceed to the return of the amounts using the same means used in the purchase process, being in any case Letters and decoration to use the means it considers most appropriate and safe.
The amounts of products damaged by the Client or whose original packaging is deteriorated in a way that goes beyond its simple opening will not be reimbursed; or a partial refund will be made.
In the event that the article arrives damaged or with a wrong reference, it must be communicated by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone to 974 311 192, within a period not exceeding 24 hours. The article must be repackaged with the same packaging. The article will be changed, without the customer having to pay shipping costs for the return.
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, this must be communicated by e-mail to email@example.com or by telephone to 974 311 192, within a period not exceeding 7 calendar days, provided that the product purchased is neither personalized nor rented, in this case no returns will be accepted except for a manufacturing error by RAMI 1958, S.L.. Instructions will be provided for the return of the product, which will have to be sent in the same packaging. Once the article is received and checked that it is in perfect condition, the amount of the purchase will be reimbursed. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
4. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal, based on Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, will not be applicable to payments that refer to:
The supply of goods or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations over which the entrepreneur has no control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
The supply of goods made to consumer and user specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene or which have been unsealed after delivery
